create custom footer for widget

Hi Guys,

So basically, I’ve been trying to figure out how to make a custom footer above the main footer as my theme is formatted in boxed version so I would want to make custom footer to be full-width so I could add my instagram widget. Here are the websites with full-width footers with instagram widget:
