Create custom feed with content that is stored in themes shortcodes

I need to create a custom xml feed with the trips on the site, using <trip> codes. However the information cannot be extracted from the db properly as it uses a theme, and all the content is stored in the themes shortcodes in the posts table post_content column. Not sure if this plugin can help?
