Create custom “add new post” with predefined values for title etc.

I have made a system of sorting certain posts by using custom fields.
Sorting by date in the title and including only post with a certain custom field.

The challenge with this system is that when you are generating a post and adding the custom fields and the title and the slug you have to write exact with no error. The thing with the title and the slug is also a challenge the title and the slug has to be 100% the same and if you don’t know how it works it is easy to make them different.

What i need is or wondering if is possible is to make a custom “add new” post function and tab and in some way make predefined values that you can choose and add to custom fields, slug and title.
