Create contract online

    Hello Dears,

    I need your help to create a personalized contract online from a Word file.

    First page (you can see the link), It’s a cover letter editable (but here it’s a picture).

    Second page, the contract. The user can be edit it to write some personal informations and put his signature.

    Last page, it’s a form.

    How can I do very easy for admin and user?
