Create Child page template

Hi there!
I got a situation here!
I created two pages:

profile
--create

create is children of profile.

I’d like to create a template file inside twenty ten theme, but no success!

for profile I created a template page called:

page-profile.php

But for ‘create’, I can’t get anything to work.

I tried

page-profile-create.php
page-create.php

But no success!

hope somebody could help.
