Create business directory based on a profile field data from all users

I don’t understand this sentence: “The data will be added automaticaly to that directory from all users profile field values.” Explain a bit more please.

What i want to do is:

I have created a profile field for my client`s buddypress users that call “company that i work now”

Every buddypress user wil be able to write the company that is working now.

What i want to do is to view all that values that users write in a new page.

For example:
user1 writes that work in company 1
user2 writes that work in company 2
user3 writes that work in company 3
…..

I want to create a new page that will include:
company 1
company 2
company 3
……
Can you help me please with that?

I believe you need to use a custom query to database to do this. I don’t know a function you can use to display all values from an xprofile field.
