Create blocks

I’m trying, but I can’t do the following in this plugin:
I want to add 3 post and instead of it were below each other, I would like to add in blocks, that is, one beside the other within a space of size 1400×590.

You can try the “Start with post” option in the Filter panel (https://tiptoppress.com/category-posts-widget/documentation-4-9/#Filter).
But what is not working put the widget in a block or show thumbnails with that dimension which is greater than a feature image normal size?
To have the posts beside each other you can also try the pro version with more layout options.
