Create archive section for external links

Hi guys

I would like to create an archive section for a specific page which includes a list of external links.

Ideally, I will have one page that is updated on a weekly basis with a list of links to external sites. I would like to somehow keep a record of these links, maybe in date order in a separate page called archives.

I would only really be interested in archiving the external link url, article title and possibly the date it was added to the site.

Could anyone advice whether this is do-able and if so, any pointers on how to get started?
