    This “9 Grant an album Create an album for each user logging in.” doesn’t seem to work for me.

    No album is auto-created.

    Any ideas ?

    Thanks

    Open Table 0 (quick setup near the top of the settings page) and select yes to item #4: May visitors upload photos?
    This will cause the right settings to be set.

    That is already set to Yes. But doesn’t work for me. No album is automatically created.

    Pls tell me your setings of Table IX-D9, IX-D10 and IX-D11.x

    IX-D9 -> Checked

    ID-D10 -> Display Name

    11.0 -> “Grant parent selection method The way the grant parents are defined”. Is An Album Multiselect (1st option).

    11.1 Not sure what is selected ( i haven’t touched that) Not clear to me.

    11.2 & 11.3 Empty.

    Thanks

    It is clever to make it so that the auto generated user albums are all sub-albums of one ‘master’ album.
    If you have set Table 0 item 4 to ‘yes’ the abum Members is created and set as this parent album. Maybe you removed this album.

    Do either one of the following 2 options:
    – set Table 0-4 to ‘no’ and to ‘yes’ again, to re-create the Members album. This also sets this album as being selected in Table IX-D11.1
    OR
    – select an existing album to be used as parent album in Table IX-D11.1

    If you do not like the album name: Members, just edit it to whatever you want. Wppa uses the album id to find it, not the name.

    If you like a different name for the user albums, select something else in Table IX-D10 and/or allow the users to edit name and description in Table VII-B1.1

    Thank you for your time to help me, appreciated.

    Everything works now, after doing what you said. Apparently what i did wrong, was to delete at some point the “members” album. It was not there ….

    Thanks again.
