    Hello,

    is there a way for an elevated user to create an ads from the front-end of a website using this plugin?

    Not in the system, but you can do this if you are a developer or by the help of a developer.

    Ok. What format will the completed application form be received at the admin end? PDF or just text??

    Application is shown in tabular form in the admin panel and you can take print of it. An add-on is availbale on company’s website to download application as PDF.
