    Hi CT team

Can someone assist with creating a whitelist entry for form search?

Example, GeoDirectories is the listing plugin, but we’ve created a Gravity Forms search form. If someone uses the search too often in a short period of time (e.g. 10 in 3 minutes) they are blocked with a 403 *** Forbidden *** error.

Example URL for search URL to whitelist is https://www.DOMAIN.com.au/gd-archive/ with a wildcard for anything following that

    Hello, @petegeek

    Please do the following:
WordPress Admin Page —> Settings —> Anti-Spam by CleanTalk —> Advanced settings —> set the option “Set cookies” to “Off” —> Save Changes.

Then clear all cache on your site.

    Did it help?

    Hi @dimitrycleantalk

I’ve switched cookies off and I’ll let you know in the next day or two if that’s worked.

I was also thinking it may have been something with URL exclusions, and including the search parameter extensions (eg. DOMAIN.com.au/gd-archive/?geodir_search=) with a wildcard at the end but unsure what the wildcard would be.

    Thank you!
