Create a “View-Only” User

Hi. I am trying to create a custom user role where the only thing the user can do is view (but not edit) the orders page. I do not want this user to be able to change anything on the site in any way.

I have tried using the plugin but haven’t figured out how to achieve this.
Any help would be really appreciated!
