Create a table from submissions in 1 of several FormMaker forms

In ceriswoodstock.org I have several Formmaker forms. I need to extract data from the submissions from one of these forms and place it in a table with rows of records and columns of fields. I have been unable to find a syntax to do this (I am not a programmer), despite having read and reread the information about abase and tried many variations. If you think you can help I can send you a temporary admin login and more detailed information.
