create a short video for a webpage using mov.

I would appreciate any help or suggestions. I am wanting to add a video to a landing page on my site. My hope is to find a plug-in that would allow the user to view the :30 video once they have arrived at the page. Once the video is done it would be great if the last frame or scene would just stay there looking as though it was just a jpg. Is this possible and can anyone suggest a plug-in for this type of idea.
