create a 'Search page' button?

  • Heya!

    Anyone know any code for a simple search page function? exactly the same as Ctrl+f or CMD+f.

    I just want a box at the top of my page which i can put in a search word, click search or press enter and it highlights all the same words.

    Anyone have any ideas?

  • WordPress comes with a build-in search by default. You can manually add the search box to any location of your theme and it will work.

    Alternatively you can search for additional search plugins. Most are easy to use and have proper documentation.
