Create a post meta from a cell from TablePress

    Is it possible to update a post meta from a single cell from TablePress?
    Also, does TablePress use a custom post type?

    Hi,

    TablePress does not offer support for that, no.

    Yes, TablePress does use a custom post type, for the internal data storage. It creates a post type “tablepress_table” into which it stores the table data as a JSON-encoded two-dimensional array.
    In addition, the table options and visibility state is stored in corresponding post meta entry.
