    Hi there,

    We’re running a marketplace where we authenticate all of our products. When a product is authenticated, we’ve created a custom taxonomy attribute, in our case ‘verified’ which is added to the product. This is also automated to reflect with the BeRocket Advanced Product Labels plugin on the frontend.

    What we’d like to do is to send a custom email to the vendor saying ‘Your Product has been verified etc etc’, with a short snippet inside the email explaining what we’ve done.

    I’ve looked at all the automator plugins, and zapier, and nothing like this works. Does anyone have any experience doing something like this?

    Hi there,

    I’m not aware of any off the shelf plugins that would allow for an email to be sent based on when a custom taxonomy is assigned to a product. Practically speaking this means that the email template and trigger would likely need to be custom developed for your site by a web developer or one of the customisation partners listed at https://woocommerce.com/customizations/.
