Create a new post without going to wp dashboard?

Hi,

Is there a way I can create a “New Post” tab on website where registered members can create new posts without going to WP user dashboard panel?

I just want to add all fields available in new post page (post-new.php?) and add all those fields on the page of the website.

I tried copying some code from pos-new.php but nothing shows up on the page.

Please let me know how to do it or if there is a plugin for that.
