Create a multi step form

    I need to create a form like this:

    This is a multi step form with payment collection, Unique case creation, Account creation process.

    One form will have all the field. I also need a dashboard after filling all the info. On the Dashboard, users can see their submitted files, infos, payment, etc.

    How can I create such form using WordPress? Please guide me.

    You dont need a plugin, there are lots of multistep form samples on internet, in HTML CSS and JavaScript format. You just need to convert it into wordpress which you can do in an hour. By this way you are not restricted to a plugin, you can achieve any effect you desire for your form
