Create a microblogging website with wordpress

  • Hi everybody,
    sorry but I0m new in wordpress and I have to create in a week a microblogging similar to twitter with WP.
    This website has a single page like twitter where the users (only 8) can comment the posts without change page.
    Users can also insert images in the comment.
    Users can post articles but in the front end, not in the dashboard.
    Users can search in a website a tag.
    Sorry for my English and really thanks in advance.
