Create a form with users id and custom post type

  • Im working on a project where a higher privileged user can fill a form an be able to select other users in a dropdown box. And the user id is submitted to database. Likewise i have some custom post type which i want for another dropdown box.

    In a nutshell, i want userid populated in a select/dropdown options. And same for custom post types.

    I found Gravity Forms can handle for custom post types.
    Can someone recommend either a code snippet or a plugin that can handle both

    Could you clarify a bit more? In the form, if I’m filling it out, you want me to be able to select a list of users, but how are those usernames populated in the dropdown? Is that set up manually ahead of time? Or is it a list of all the users in a particular user level — for instance, all “Editor” level users? And you are asking for the userID, not username, right?
