create a form in users dashboard

  • i want to every users have a panel to register some data in wordpress.
    for example, a users register in website, when he logs in , he see a form to submit, how can i do this ? is there a free plugin for this ? if there is not, then i need to know the algorithm for that.

  • What’s the purpose of the form?

    I ask because it is easy enough to add new fields to the user profile screen which they can access?

    the admin need to see the details! it’s all for admin to save the informations .
