Create a field in “Form Profile” editable and visible only by Admin.

Hi, I would like to create a field visible to everyone in the public profile (Example: https://www.site.it/user/name/) but editable and visible only by Admin in the profile edit page (Example: https://www.site.it/user/name/?profiletab=main&um_action=edit). It’s possible?
