Create a demo theme setup – how?

I’m in the process of making some near-complete website themes to sell of, but instead of having to download, re-upload and change urls everywhere to match where they go, I’d like to offer it as a “demo”, where people can easily upload it and start editing, just like what a lot of themes on Themeforest etc does.

But how do I do that?
