Create a custom link to the event

Hi I’m using event manager plugin and new to this plugin. I’m asking if I can create a custom link to the specific event page. I saw the #_EVENTLINK it display the event name with a link to the event page. I’m trying to not display the event name and shot it as “Read More” how I can I do that? Thank you very much for help
