Create a Category List Page

  • I am looking to create a page in my WordPress blog where I can list the categories. Below each category I want to list the posts within that category.

    I took a screenshot that demonstrates what I’m looking for:

    I also would like to exclude certain categories from displaying on this page.

    Is this possible? If so, could someone help me out or point me in the direction of a tutorial where I can figure it out.
