Create a brand via code

Hi, I’m using an importer made with php through one program made by my company that directly sends json files to a woocommerce. I’m able to send information and create products programatically with alot of informations such as name, sku, price, weight, and so on… But I seem to not be able to find how to send the information of the brand to the website. Can anyone help me with this, I’ve seen the woocommerce API but could not find anything that would help me.
