Create a Blog by Title Only Using Twenty Ten

Hi. I am new to wordpress, and have just uploaded version 3.0 Twenty Ten. I want to be able to creat my blog, by title only, so when you read the title, you would click on it, and be able to go to a separate page, to read my blog. The way it’s set up right now, is the title, my blog, next title, the blog, etc. When I read other posts/forums, the steps they give for the category/archive themes, are different codes, then what’s available in the new Twenty Ten Templates.
