Create a bar down the menu

    Hello. I’m trying to add a css bar, just for show, down my navbar-title, so I can use a warm color. Anyone knows how to add it? The bar is just for esthetics.

    I want to create another bar down my IRINA SOPAS, in horizontal. Just for show no functions at all.
