create 2 index page

i don’t know english well
sorry about this
in my site i have 2 languages: fa and en
fa is my default language.
i want to have different index page for my different language
1 index.php for https://www.example.com
and another index.php for https://www.example.com/en
how can i do this
please help me as soon as possible ??
