creaing a test site in subdomain

  • ive created my clients site on my local server. id now like to create a test site so he can view it.

    Ive created a subdomain but i have no idea what to do next. Should i go to C:\xampp\htdocs\wordpress and ftp the contents to public_html/test?

    oh, the client already has his hosting account set up. would it be easier if i created a test site on his own subdomain instead?
