I read the thread that you refer to. That post went offline without a final conclusion posted. I has hoping that the offline chatter might have gone somewhere.

Sounds good. I just looked at the post again and realized someone else came behind us to discuss possibilities. I can tell you that our system is only compatible with RETS servers, which CREA is not.

Bonavena’s solution is not affiliated with Displet or our plugin. I’m sure it’s a great solution, but I wanted to throw that out there.

I am a PHP developer in Canada and I have been working on a CREA API. I have successfully drawn information out of the test account but I am stuck on converting image feeds back into images. My goal is to have my own product that offers premium real estate sites with automatic data pulls from CREA.

I did it!

I have connected to the CREA DDF with PHP and I retrieved images and property details, including agent details.

I will be working on a WordPress plugin for this service in the near future!
