Crazy FTP Problems

I was merrily uploading when, out of nowhere, all my uploads started showing as 0 bytes. I tired many times and the same thing happened, with several different files.

I tried 2 different ftp clients. I have no idea why this happened, because it just happened out of nowhere

My cpanel shows disk space left as -8 mb, although i know for sure it is around 500mb, i even checked in disk usage.

What is going on? Does anyone know how to fix this?

Edit: Uploading even through cPanels own file manager shows up as 0 bytes.
