    Hi,

It may be due to me not understanding the crawler, but i ran the crawler manually for all the crawlers in the list and they all came out blue (miss).

I thought the first may all be missed due to the site cache being purged, so i did them back to back and they all stayed blue.

They are not being added to the blacklist, it just seems they are not holding cache?

Here is a screenshot of part of the list https://prnt.sc/241nzsw

    I have sent a report – BPVVBGRW

    Hi,

go to Cache -> Purge -> set “purge stale” to OFF

then go to toolbox -> purge -> “Empty Entire Cache”

do you have SSH access to it ?

    Best regards,

    Hi,

please try run grep -riF "storagePath" /usr/local/lsws/conf , it should return something shows a directory path

    please run rm -rf /to/path/it/shows

then manually run the crawler twice in sequence , and see how it behaves

    Hi @qtwrk

I tried to run the first command but it did not show anything. I spoke to Runcloud and asked them and they said the command works but nothing found under “storagePath” https://prnt.sc/24tzi2q

    Please advise.

    Thank you
