    Is there any method to crawl “in-stock” woo commerce products only?

    No!

    But a new plugin for LiteSpeed cache plugin is upcoming soon, that makes crawling of “URLs Most Wanted” available. Not exactly what you asked for, but better as crawling product pages that are in stock. This plugin makes the cache warmup of URLs available that can’t be warmed yet like search results, pagination and much more.

    you can try create/generate a sitemap that only contains the product fit your condition and let crawler use that sitemap.
