• Hello,

I’ve ran into a few problems yesterday.

    1) I can’t upload images anymore. The media library that use to have all my images is now empty and hangs there forever with a loading icon.

    2) If I try to upload an image via my desktop/pc, after is supposedly uploads it, I get an error: An error occurred in the upload. Please try again later.

    3) In Google Chrome I just discovered when I try to delete, for example, an image box in my Kallyas template’s page builder. Google browser crashes and gets the google chrome has stopped working pop up message. In internet explorer, it thankfully lets me delete items.

I’ve tried disabling all plugins and deleting the cache multiple times.

Any help would be greatly appreciated as this is a huge problem for me!

  • If after disabling all plugins and return to the default WordPress theme the error persist, it may be that the directory is not writable, because it found?

    Hello,

I’ve disabled all plugins and switched themes completely with the same outcome. I’ve also tried a bunch of fixes over the internet with no success.

Most of my folders have 7-5-5 access in my ftp site and i’ve even tried giving 7-7-7 to uploads and wp-content folder with no success.

It worked over a month ago, and randomly stopped working one day. I found a work around by just uploading images into the image folder via my ftp site and typing the path into wordpress. But i’m using a plugin that displays images and now all the thumbnails are blank but oddly enough when I click on them the images pop up shows the actual image.

Trying to upload a file to the media libaray results in: “An error occured in the upload. Please try again later.”

The console for the page with the image gallery has the following error in the console: “Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found)”

any help to fix this problem ive had for a very long time would be appreciated!!!!!!
