    Sorry for the inconvenience,

    Could you confirm that mbstring extension is enabled on your server? you can ask your hosting provider to enable it for you. Once it’s done the issue will disappear automatically.

    We managed to handle this error which It was caused by a missing PHP extension. Now even If it isn’t enabled you can still use the plugin with any issue.
