    Unfortunately, I am no longer able to manage my site or admin-plugins after the redirect failed. Any help would be awesome!

    What redirect? How is your site crashed?

    I’m afraid when I used the plugin and saved an HTTP to HTTPS redirect, the site stopped working altogether. I had to restore from the last backup and now all is well with a manual redirect setup. Might have behaved badly with other plugins. Thanks.

    How did you redirect from http to https? It is likely you created a loop and your site wasn’t crashed, but just looping. If you used Redirection to create this redirect then it shows clear warnings about the dangers, and shows you how to recover without restoring from a backup.

    Thanks, John – that could very well be the case. For others who may experience this, where would we find the recovery instructions? Again, appreciate your help.

    It is on the page where you set the http => https redirect.
