• After updated, as I always do, this plugin crashed my store. I had to go to file manager and manually remove it and replace it with an alternative. Very poor.

    The issue here is that likely caused by a theme or plugin conflict. As a first step, try switching back to a default theme like Twenty Seventeen or Storefront and disabling all plugins except for WooCommerce and PayPal Express Checkout to see if this resolves the issue.

    If that helps, then re-enable each one at a time until you find the one that’s causing the conflict.
