• Our site was created years ago, and in the past couple of years the company who was looking after it has gone another direction.

We have access to make changes, but no backend information, ftp access….

While trying to find some malicious links, I downloaded a couple of plug-ins to help me find them and updated some outdated ones as well.

It crashed our site, and now we cannot even get to the log in screen, it all has the 500 error.

Everything I have read says we have to go into our ftp etc. – which we do not have.

Is there any other way to fix this? I am wanting to get it back up and running as soon as possible as our small business depends on it.
Thanks in advance for any help.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]
