Crashed site

  • I installed Kale on Friday because the live preview was GORGEOUS.

    After I installed the theme, my site has crashed completely – I get a database error.

    I can’t even reach it to log into my admin panel.

    Help!

    Hello – I am sorry to hear you’re having trouble with your website. I have a feeling that the website did not crash because of the theme but maybe something else? Did you activate any plugins at the same time? A database error only appears when WordPress is having connection issues with the database server, or the database credentials are incorrect. Can you please double check with your hosting to see if everything is okay on that front?
