I’m really sorry to hear that things didn’t work out of the box for you. However, we haven’t seen any support request from you.
Why not ask for support instead of just leaving the lowest rating? Support is provided for free on www.remarpro.com support forum which means you have absolutely no reason not to use it.
An error like this is usually caused by a conflict so it would have been nice if you had allowed us the opportunity to walk you through the conflict identification process.
With free plugins, there are certain best practices that an end end user can employ in order to give feedback to the developer. Here are two good sources about these:
