Crashed customer Website

Installed because of the high rating.
Opened the file manager to edit a file.
It began to pop-up error signs, five boxes upon each other.
The site crashed.

Since I don’t have login to Cpanel, I can not deactivate the plugin.
The website remain crashed.
I installed it because I don’t have the possibility to go via hotel-CPaanel-Files.
