Crashed Blog

I did something really stupid. I was trying to change the link on my logo in the blog home page and ended up changing the url to the blog itself. There were two fields

wordpress blog url
site url

it should have been ccn.christiancoaches.com/blog

They now point to something other than my blog and now my blog is not working right. what file should i replace? Is it in wp-content or wp-admin?
