    We are sorry for the trouble that we may have caused.

    The plugin has 5000+ active installations and we never received any issues regarding page crash. According to WordPress, this should have been a “Support Post” but you went ahead to put a dent on our dreams without even asking for support. This is really demotivating and disheartening as it is possible that the issue transpired from 3rd party plugins or misconfiguration.
