    Our sites crashed, getting error

    Can’t login until I removed plugin through ftp

    Hey there @jon999,

    We would be more than happy to help you out to locate the exact reason for that issue, but would it be possible to provide a bit more detailed example of what exactly went wrong? For example, I enabled this option, then this happened, etc.

    Thanks, I contacted Siteground and resolved the issue. I was over the data storage limit and that somehow caused the total wordpress crash (white page with repeating error above, sorry did not copy the full string) which may have resulted from the SG Optimizer plugin. That error went away and the site was mostly up and I could login after I disabled the plugin, but it did not resolve the problem completely (one other small plugin error).

    The sites are working again after I deleted enough files to get below the cap. Before this there were no major changes.
