Crashed Ajax on Webserver

    Hi there,

    Do you have experience with the Ajax service stopping to work on web server? That just happened to us … have now temporarily disabled Ajax search in Ivory settings.

    Any advice?

    Sorry to hear about the problem you are having.

    I didn’t experience any such issue.

    Are you getting any error message in the browser console?

    Please make sure that your website admin-ajax.php file is accessible.

    Also, please contact your web host to check for any error log related to it.

    this issue was caused by a capability conflict in WordPress.
    It is solved now.
