I’m using the MarqueeAddon on a development site and we took that site live over this past weekend. This was migrating the dev site to go live on a WP Engine hosted site. Your plugin crashed the site with the ugly Site Fatal Error message. There we no error_log message and nothing to even guess what went wrong. We had to remove it… thoughts?

    Hi,
We’re really sorry to hear about the issue after migrating the site to WP Engine. We’d love to help troubleshoot this for you. Could you please share the exact fatal error message you encountered? Additionally, it would be helpful if you could provide the System Info file from Elementor by navigating to:
Elementor > System Info > Download System Info.
This information will help us diagnose the issue more efficiently. Looking forward to your response!

Looking at the Server Environment, I see PHP version: 7.4.33.8

    Could that be the problem?

Yes, that was the problem. We upgraded to PHP version 8.2.27 and Marquee is running again.
