I do not have a backup of the database, how can I restore the three tables usermeta, posts and options?

Contact your hosting company and ask them for help restoring those tables. They should have backups available for that. If they don’t then there’s really not a lot else that can be done. You can create this table smanually, but there won’t be any content in them, so pretty much all of your site will be gone.

I started the database and for the three crash tables I run the operation “Check table” which closed the process which created problems.
    So I solved the problem.
But now notice that the table: “— Options” and the table: “—- Posts” exceed the amount of 1.8 Mega out of a total of 3.5 Mega size of the tables.
How can I fix this excess in the size of the tables?
    Thanks.

3.5MB is not a big database. I’ve got some sites that are 50 to 100MB for each database (and growing). There are some plugins available that can “clean out” the databaes, but I haven’t used them before so I can’t recommend one over another one.
