    Hi,

It is possible that your account is too low on disk space or you have reached 100% of your server resources. Please check with your host. Their PHP error log should have the exact information on why the server crashed.

    Thanks,

Hello, I am coming back to you because I still have not managed to solve the problem …

You should know that the plugin was still working this July, I changed the page builder by going to Elementor and no longer Divi. What maybe caused the problem I don’t know.

I’m also on Cloudflare and switched to WP Rocket instead of another cache plugin.

ps, it looks a lot like what is described here:

@bcrodua thank you for the answer, however I do not think that it comes from there since I have not changed server since July it has been more than 2 years that I use the plugin is the 1st time that I have this concern. In addition, it should be noted that the site is quite large 5.5 GB (many images which makes this weight)

    Hi,

Please check this FAQ on how to reduce server resource usage – https://updraftplus.com/faqs/how-much-resources-does-updraftplus-need/

This should avoid your server from crashing.

    Thanks,
    Bryle
